Ingredients
1 cup Filtered Water
1/2 cup Unsalted Grass-Fed Butter
2 tablespoons Organic Cane Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 cup Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
2 Large Pasture-Raised Eggs
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Cinnamon and Sugar Mix
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a rolling boil until the butter melts and sugar dissolves
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the flour until a smooth dough forms
- Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and let it cool for about five minutes
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then add vanilla extract
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F and grease the basket
- Pipe small segments of dough into the air fryer basket, leaving space betwee
- Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brow
- Toss the churro bites in cinnamon-sugar mixture while hot
Notes
For gluten-free, use a 1-to-1 gluten-free baking blend.
For dairy-free, substitute grass-fed butter with refined coconut oil or vegan butter.
