Ingredients
2 fillets 6-oz Salmo
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 large Fresh Lemo
2 tablespoons Fresh Dill
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Sea Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, half of the dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Coat the tops and sides of the salmon with the mixture
- Place the seasoned fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 7 to 10 minutes
- Check for doneness by ensuring it flakes easily or reaches 145°F (63°C)
- Remove, garnish with remaining dill and lemon juice, then serve
