Description

These turkey meatballs are juicy, flavorful, and cook in under 15 minutes. The air fryer creates a crispy exterior while keeping the inside tender, making them a healthier, high-protein comfort food option.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb lean ground turkey (93/7 works best)

1 large egg

1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, Panko, Parmesan, and all seasonings.

2. Mix everything together with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.

3. Shape the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch balls (about 18-20 meatballs).

4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.

5. Arrange meatballs in a single layer in the basket, not touching. Cook in batches if needed.

6. Air fry 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

7. Let rest a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Let meatballs cool completely before storing.

Refrigerate in airtight container up to 4 days.

Freeze on baking sheet, transfer to freezer bag up to 3 months.

Reheat from frozen in air fryer at 370°F for 5-7 minutes.
