Instructions

  1. Toast the walnut halves in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until fragrant and golde
  2. In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until emulsified
  3. Core and thinly slice the apples, leaving the skin o
