Ingredients
1 large loaf Ciabatta Bread
6 ounces Thinly sliced Prosciutto or Roasted Turkey Breast
4 ounces Fresh Mozzarella pearls or sliced Buffalo Mozzarella
2 cups Fresh Baby Arugula (washed and dried)
2 tablespoons Basil Pesto
2 tablespoons Sun-dried Tomato Aioli
Balsamic Glaze (to taste)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (to taste)
A pinch Flaky Sea Salt
A pinch Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
- Slice your ciabatta baguette lengthwise
- Spread a generous layer of basil pesto on the bottom half of the bread. On the top half, apply the sun-dried tomato aioli
- Fold your prosciutto or turkey slices loosely onto the bottom half
- Place your fresh mozzarella over the meat
- Toss the arugula with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper before placing it on the sandwich
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the greens
- Close the sandwich firmly and slice on a sharp diagonal
