Description

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Dried Oregano
Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C)
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and pound them to an even thickness if necessary
  3. Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl
  4. Coat the chicken with olive oil and rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides
  5. Bake in a single layer in a baking dish for 18 to 22 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing
