Description

This Blended Iced Cappuccino offers the ideal solution by combining the bold intensity of espresso with the silky smoothness of chilled foam. Each sip delivers a crisp, refreshing texture that invigorates your senses without the subsequent sugar crash.


Ingredients

Scale

2 ounces Double Shot Espresso
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond or Oat Milk
1 small Medjool Date or 1 tsp Monk Fruit
1.5 cups Ice Cubes
1/4 tsp Pure Vanilla Bean Powder
A pinch Ceylon Cinnamo


Instructions

  1. Brew two shots of high-quality espresso and allow to cool slightly
  2. Pour the espresso, milk, and vanilla into a blender
  3. Add the pitted date or preferred sweetener
  4. Add ice cubes on top of the mixture
  5. Blend on low speed then high for 30 to 45 seconds until frothy
  6. Pour into a chilled glass and optionally garnish with Ceylon cinnamo

Notes

Using cold milk helps create better foam.

For a thicker consistency, add more ice.

Coffee cubes can replace ice to maintain flavor.
