Ingredients
2 ounces Double Shot Espresso
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond or Oat Milk
1 small Medjool Date or 1 tsp Monk Fruit
1.5 cups Ice Cubes
1/4 tsp Pure Vanilla Bean Powder
A pinch Ceylon Cinnamo
Instructions
- Brew two shots of high-quality espresso and allow to cool slightly
- Pour the espresso, milk, and vanilla into a blender
- Add the pitted date or preferred sweetener
- Add ice cubes on top of the mixture
- Blend on low speed then high for 30 to 45 seconds until frothy
- Pour into a chilled glass and optionally garnish with Ceylon cinnamo
Notes
Using cold milk helps create better foam.
For a thicker consistency, add more ice.
Coffee cubes can replace ice to maintain flavor.
