8–10 Leaves Fresh Mint
1 Large Lime Fresh Lime Juice
1–2 teaspoons Maple Syrup or Monk Fruit
1 cup Sparkling Water or Club Soda

Instructions
- Prepare the Berries: Place the fresh blueberries and the natural sweetener of your choice into a sturdy glass or a cocktail shaker
- Muddle the Flavors: Use a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon to gently crush the blueberries until they release their juices. Add the mint leaves and muddle lightly
- Add Citrus: Squeeze the juice of one whole lime into the mixture
- Chill: Fill the glass three-quarters full with ice cubes
- Top with Bubbles: Pour the sparkling water or club soda over the ice and muddled fruit
- Stir Gently: Use a long spoon to reach the bottom of the glass and gently lift the muddled fruit upward
