Ingredients
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and black pepper, to taste
4 large flour tortillas or wraps
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
1 medium tomato, diced (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season chicken with garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side until done.
4. Let rest and slice thinly.
5. Warm tortillas until pliable.
6. Layer spinach, chicken, tomato, and cheese on tortillas.
7. Add sour cream if desired.
8. Roll wraps tightly and fold sides.
9. Cook wraps seam side down for 2-3 minutes each side.
10. Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcook chicken to keep it juicy.
Warm tortillas well to prevent cracking.
Store leftovers in an airtight container up to 3 days.
