Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare – Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients – In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
3️⃣ Combine Wet Ingredients – In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
4️⃣ Fold Together – Gently mix the wet and dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
5️⃣ Add Chocolate Chips – Fold in chocolate chips evenly to distribute them in the batter.
6️⃣ Bake Muffins – Fill each muffin cup ¾ full. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 5 minutes, then reduce the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 10-12 minutes.
