1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Thyme & Chives to taste

- Stir in Greek yogurt. Taste and adjust seasoning
- Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with fresh chives or olive oil
Notes
For a dairy-free version, replace bone broth with vegetable stock and Greek yogurt with coconut milk.
