Description

Creamy lobster spaghetti is a simple, elegant pasta dinner loaded with rich garlic cream sauce and tender lobster. Perfect for weeknights or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale

12 oz spaghetti

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 small shallot, finely chopped

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup dry white wine (or seafood stock)

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

12 oz cooked lobster meat (tail or claw, chopped)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.

2. Heat butter and oil in a skillet. Sauté garlic, shallots, and red pepper flakes.

3. Deglaze with white wine; simmer for 2–3 minutes.

4. Add cream, lemon zest, and juice. Simmer to thicken slightly.

5. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.

6. Add lobster and cook just until warmed through.

7. Toss in cooked pasta. Add reserved pasta water as needed.

8. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Use fresh or frozen lobster meat.

Don’t boil the cream sauce—simmer gently to avoid curdling.

For extra richness, add a spoonful of mascarpone.
