Ingredients
1 frozen deep-dish pie crust (~12 oz)
1/2 cup chive-and-onion cream cheese
4 large eggs
12 oz cooked, peeled, deveined shrimp, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Thaw the frozen pie crust for 5-10 minutes.
2. Mix the filling: Beat the eggs in a large bowl until smooth. Add the chive-and-onion cream cheese and stir until combined. Fold in the chopped shrimp and pepper Jack cheese.
3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread evenly with a spatula.
4. Bake the pie on the middle rack for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is golden and set.
