2 cups Granulated Sugar
4 units Large Eggs
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Dutch-Process Cocoa Powder
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter and granulated sugar. Whisk for about two minutes until the mixture is pale
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each additio
- Stir in the vanilla extract
- Sift the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and sea salt into the wet ingredients and fold until just combined
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips
- Pour the batter into your prepared pan and smooth the top
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is wobbly
- Let them cool completely in the pa
