Description

1 cup Unsalted Butter (Melted)
2 cups Granulated Sugar
4 units Large Eggs
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Dutch-Process Cocoa Powder
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter and granulated sugar. Whisk for about two minutes until the mixture is pale
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each additio
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract
  5. Sift the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and sea salt into the wet ingredients and fold until just combined
  6. Fold in the dark chocolate chips
  7. Pour the batter into your prepared pan and smooth the top
  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is wobbly
  9. Let them cool completely in the pa
