3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme
4 Large Garlic Cloves
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Whole Lemon Wedges
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and pound them to even thickness
- Combine rosemary, thyme, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl to create the herb rub
- Generously rub the herb mixture over both sides of the chicken and let it sit for 10 minutes
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Sear the chicken breasts for 5 to 6 minutes on one side without moving them
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving
