Ingredients
1.5 lbs Fresh White Fish Fillets
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
4 cloves Fresh Garlic
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to Taste
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade
- Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and cover with two-thirds of the marinade for 15-20 minutes
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates
- Grill the fish for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky, brushing with remaining marinade in the last two minutes
- Let the fish rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving
