Description

4 fillets Salmon (approx. 6 oz each)
3 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 cloves Fresh Garlic
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
46 slices Lemo


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, roughly 375-400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry. Brush both sides of the fillets generously with the lemon garlic mixture
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down first, and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes
  5. Carefully flip the salmon and grill for another 3 to 4 minutes, adding lemon slices to char them
  6. Once the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit, remove the fish from the heat and let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving
