Instructions

  1. Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit). Ensure the grates are clea
  2. Pat the mahi mahi fillets dry on both sides with paper towels
  3. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture on both sides of the fillets
  4. Place the fillets on the hot grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes without moving them
  5. Flip the fillets carefully using a wide spatula and cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit
  6. Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving

For best results, take the fillets out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before grilling.
