Description
This Grilled Salmon Caesar Salad combines smoky, buttery salmon with crisp romaine lettuce and tangy dressing for a delicious, restaurant-quality meal prepared in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
2 (6 oz) Salmon Fillets
2 large heads Romaine Lettuce
1/2 cup Caesar Dressing
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Croutons
1 whole Lemo
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
to taste Black Pepper
to taste Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Pat salmon fillets dry
- Drizzle salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
- Grill salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes until done
- Toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl
- Divide the salad onto plates, top with croutons and grilled salmo
- Squeeze lemon wedges over the salad and serve immediately
Notes
For best results, let salmon rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before grilling.
