Description

This Grilled Salmon Caesar Salad combines smoky, buttery salmon with crisp romaine lettuce and tangy dressing for a delicious, restaurant-quality meal prepared in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

2 (6 oz) Salmon Fillets
2 large heads Romaine Lettuce
1/2 cup Caesar Dressing
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Croutons
1 whole Lemo
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
to taste Black Pepper
to taste Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Pat salmon fillets dry
  2. Drizzle salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  3. Grill salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes until done
  4. Toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl
  5. Divide the salad onto plates, top with croutons and grilled salmo
  6. Squeeze lemon wedges over the salad and serve immediately

Notes

For best results, let salmon rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before grilling.

Do not over-toss the salad; keep leaves coated but not soggy.

Grill lemon wedges for added flavor before squeezing over the fish.
