Ingredients

4 fillets (6 oz each) Sea Bass
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 large Fresh Lemo
3 cloves Garlic
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Sea Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F)
- Pat the sea bass fillets dry with paper towels
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper
- Brush the olive oil mixture onto both sides of the fillets
- Oil the grill grates with a paper towel dipped in oil
- Place the fillets on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for 5 to 6 minutes
- Gently flip the fillets and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes
- Check for doneness (145°F internal temperature) and remove from grill
- Let the fish rest for 2 minutes, garnish with parsley and serve

Use a high-quality olive oil for the best flavor.
Skin-on fillets are preferred for better texture and moisture.
