Description

Halloween Smoothie Bowl is thick, creamy, and spooky—made with cauliflower, berries, yogurt, and festive toppings. A healthy Halloween breakfast that looks like a masterpiece and tastes amazing.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups frozen cauliflower rice

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

12 Medjool dates, pitted

Spooky Toppings:

Sliced strawberries

Banana slices with chocolate chip eyes

Shredded coconut

Pomegranate seeds

Granola

Instructions

1. Add almond milk, Greek yogurt, dates, cauliflower rice, berries, chia seeds, and vanilla to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and thick, scraping down sides as needed.

3. Pour into a shallow bowl for easy decorating.

4. Top with strawberries, banana ghosts, coconut, pomegranate, and granola.

5. Serve immediately before it melts.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, before toppings soften.

If storing base mixture, freeze up to 1 week in an airtight container.

Thaw slightly before serving, then add fresh toppings.

Always use frozen fruit for the thick texture.

If too runny, freeze for 20–30 minutes before eating.
