Description

Experience the perfect balance of sweet and savory with this vibrant Honey Garlic Salmon recipe, delivering a luxurious, caramelized exterior while maintaining a moist, flaky center that melts in your mouth. It's a nutrient-dense meal providing high-quality protein and essential fatty acids, making it ideal for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale

4 (6-oz) fillets Salmo
3 Tablespoons Raw Honey
4 Cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Tamari or Coconut Aminos
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove the salmon fillets from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before cooking. Pat them completely dry with a paper towel and season with sea salt and black pepper
  2. In a small bowl, combine the raw honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, and tamari. Whisk until fully incorporated
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once shimmering, place the salmon fillets skin-side up in the pan. Sear for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden-brow
  4. Carefully flip the fillets and reduce heat to medium. Pour the honey garlic mixture around the salmo
  5. Baste the salmon with the sauce continuously as it thickens over the next 3 to 5 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh lemon slices or chopped green onions. Serve immediately

Notes

For best results, use wild-caught Alaskan salmon and fresh ingredients.

If baking, place salmon on a parchment-lined sheet pan, pour the glaze over, and bake at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
