Ingredients
1 cup Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1 package (3 oz) Flavored Jello Powder
2 Large Eggs

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and flavored gelatin powder together until light and fluffy
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract until smooth
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add to the wet mixture just until combined
- Wrap the dough in parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
