2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste
45 Lemon Slices


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Prep the Fish: Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels
  3. Season the Fillets: Place the fish in a baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter and lemon juice. Sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper
  4. Add Citrus: Place a lemon slice on top of each fillet
  5. Bake to Perfection: Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily
  6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot
