3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste
4–5 Lemon Slices
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Prep the Fish: Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels
- Season the Fillets: Place the fish in a baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter and lemon juice. Sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper
- Add Citrus: Place a lemon slice on top of each fillet
- Bake to Perfection: Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot
