Ingredients
1.5 lbs Flank Steak or Sirloi
4 cups Broccoli Florets
1/2 cup Beef Broth
1/3 cup Coconut Aminos
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger
3 cloves Fresh Garlic
1/4 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
Instructions
- Slice the beef into thin, bite-sized strips against the grai
- In a small bowl, combine the beef broth, coconut aminos, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Whisk in the xanthan gum
- Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the beef and sear for 2 minutes, then toss and cook for 1 more minute. Remove and set aside
- In the same pan, add the broccoli florets and a splash of water. Cover and steam for 2-3 minutes
- Return the beef to the skillet, pour the sauce mixture over, and stir constantly for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens
- Serve immediately while hot
