1 Large English Cucumber
1012 Leaves Fresh Mint Leaves
2 quarts Filtered Water
2 cups Ice Cubes


Instructions

  1. Thoroughly wash the lemons, cucumber, and mint leaves
  2. Slice the lemons and cucumber into very thin rounds
  3. Muddle the mint in the bottom of a pitcher to release essential oils
  4. Layer the lemon and cucumber slices into the pitcher
  5. Pour cold filtered water over the ingredients and top with ice cubes
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one to two hours before serving
