4 large fillets (6 oz each) Fresh Cod
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F)
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes
  3. Pat cod fillets dry and brush both sides with the marinade
  4. Oil the grill grates with a paper towel dipped in oil
  5. Place cod fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes without moving them
  6. Gently flip the fillets and grill for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through and flaky
  7. Remove from grill, squeeze fresh lemon over top, sprinkle with parsley, and let rest for 2 minutes

Notes

For a unique twist, substitute cod with halibut or haddock, and consider using avocado oil for grilling.
