- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and fold it into the mixture until evenly coated.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
