  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and fold it into the mixture until evenly coated.
  • Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the casserole.
