Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water

1/4 cup sliced black olives
Sour cream and salsa, for serving

2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, then drain excess grease.
3. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes until thickened.
4. Grease oven-safe bowls and press tortillas inside to form skull/cup shapes.
5. Bake tortillas for 10 minutes until golden and crisp.
6. Fill crispy shells with seasoned beef mixture.
7. Top with cheddar cheese and bake 3–4 more minutes until melted.
8. Add lettuce, tomatoes, and olives.
9. Finish with sour cream and serve with salsa.
Notes
Don’t overfill tortilla shells to avoid collapse.
Use fresh tortillas for best structure.
Add lettuce and tomatoes last to prevent sogginess.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days, but shells lose crunch—store components separately for best results.
