4 cups Vegetable or Bone Broth
2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme (chopped)
2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary (chopped)
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Full-Fat Coconut Milk (Optional)
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables: Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth, slice them evenly, finely dice the onion, and mince the garlic
