Description

Easy, chocolate-dipped No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls made with just 6 pantry ingredients. A kid-friendly treat that’s quick, sweet, and perfect for holidays or everyday snacking.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)

Pinch of salt (optional)


Instructions

1. Mix peanut butter and butter until smooth

2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix into thick dough

3. Roll into 1-inch balls; place on parchment

4. Chill for 30 minutes

5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil

6. Dip each ball into chocolate

7. Place on tray and chill until set

Notes

Use commercial peanut butter for best consistency

Freeze before dipping for neater chocolate coating
