Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 (1 oz) packet dry ranch seasoning mix
1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth (low-sodium)
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened and cubed
Optional: Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Place chicken in the bottom of the crock pot.
2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
3. Whisk together cream of chicken soup and chicken broth; pour over chicken.
4. Place cubed cream cheese on top, do not stir.
5. Cover and cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours until chicken shreds easily.
6. Shred chicken in the pot with two forks.
7. Stir everything until creamy and fully coated. Garnish with parsley if desired.
