Ingredients
1 Large Frozen Banana (Sliced)
2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach
1.5 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup (Optional)
Instructions
- Pour almond milk and Greek yogurt into the blender base
- Pack the two cups of fresh baby spinach on top of the liquid
- Add frozen banana slices, chia seeds, and any sweetener you prefer
- Start blending on low, then quickly increase to high for 45 to 60 seconds
- If too thick, add more milk; if too thin, add more frozen banana. Serve immediately
