3 Large Granny Smith Apples
1 Medium Honeydew Melo
2 cups Green Grapes
4 Medium Kiwi Fruit
2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
1 tablespoon Honey or Agave Nectar
2 Medium Green Pears


Instructions

  1. Thoroughly wash all the produce under cold running water
  2. Peel the honeydew melon, remove the seeds, and use a melon baller to create uniform spheres or dice it into one-inch cubes
  3. Slice the kiwis by trimming the ends and scoop the flesh away from the skin before cutting into half-moons
  4. Core the Granny Smith apples and pears, chop them into pieces, and toss with lime juice
  5. Add the halved green grapes and kiwi slices, folding gently
  6. If desired, drizzle honey or agave nectar, then sprinkle mint leaves and toss lightly
