Ingredients
1/2 lb Flank Steak (thinly sliced)
1/2 lb Large Shrimp (peeled/deveined)
10 oz Lo Mein or Udon Noodles
1 cup Broccoli Florets
1 medium Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
3 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger (grated)
1/4 cup Soy Sauce (low sodium)
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
Green Onions & Sesame Seeds (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until just al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water, then toss with a drop of oil
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and a splash of water. Set aside
- Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat with oil. Add steak strips in a single layer, sear for 1-2 minutes until browned. Remove from pa
- In the same pan, add shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the steak
- Add garlic, ginger, broccoli, and pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vibrant and slightly tender
- Return steak, shrimp, and noodles to the pan. Pour sauce over the top and toss everything vigorously over high heat for 2 minutes
- Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot
