Ingredients

1.5 cups Frozen Strawberries
1 large Ripe Banana
1 cup Milk of Choice
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract


Instructions

  1. Wash strawberries and remove the green tops. Peel and break the banana into chunks
  2. Pour the milk into the blender first to prevent the blades from getting stuck
  3. Add Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey into the blender
  4. Top with frozen strawberries and banana chunks
  5. Blend on low, gradually increasing to high for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth
  6. Check consistency and adjust by adding more milk or fruit as necessary
  7. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute milk with unsweetened almond milk and replace yogurt with plant-based yogurt or omit it.

You can add spinach for nutrition or other boosters like chia seeds.
