Description

2 cans 5 oz Canned Tuna
1/3 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
2 stalks Celery, finely diced
2 tablespoons Red Onion, minced
1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped
1 large head Bibb or Butter Lettuce
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Drain the Tuna and flake it into a medium-sized mixing bowl
  2. Finely dice the celery and mince the red onio
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and dill
  4. Combine the dressing with the tuna and vegetables, folding gently until mixed
  5. Season with salt and pepper and adjust lemon juice to taste
  6. Prepare the lettuce leaves by washing and drying thoroughly
  7. Spoon the tuna mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately
