Ingredients
2 cans 5 oz Canned Tuna
1/3 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
2 stalks Celery, finely diced
2 tablespoons Red Onion, minced
1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped
1 large head Bibb or Butter Lettuce
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain the Tuna and flake it into a medium-sized mixing bowl
- Finely dice the celery and mince the red onio
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and dill
- Combine the dressing with the tuna and vegetables, folding gently until mixed
- Season with salt and pepper and adjust lemon juice to taste
- Prepare the lettuce leaves by washing and drying thoroughly
- Spoon the tuna mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately
