Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large circle, about 12 inches in diameter.
- To shape the dough into a heart, use a sharp knife or kitchen scissors to cut a small V-shape into the top center of the circle. Gently pull and shape the dough to form a heart.
- Transfer the heart-shaped dough onto a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.
- Brush the dough lightly with olive oil, then spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices, bell peppers, and black olives on top of the cheese.

- Carefully slide the parchment paper with the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or a baking sheet.
