Description

This Virgin Mojito is a refreshing, non-alcoholic treat made with fresh lime juice, muddled mint leaves, and club soda. It's perfect for family gatherings and can be prepared in under five minutes.

1012 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves
2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
12 tablespoons Natural Sweetener
1 cup Club Soda or Sparkling Water
1 cup Ice Cubes
Lime Slices for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place the fresh mint leaves and natural sweetener into a sturdy glass
  2. Muddle the mint leaves gently to release the oils without shredding them
  3. Pour the fresh lime juice over the muddled mint and stir briefly
  4. Add plenty of ice to the glass
  5. Slowly pour the chilled club soda over the ice
  6. Stir gently to combine everything
  7. Garnish with an extra sprig of mint and a lime slice
